I am a clinical psychologist in Singapore with more than 10 years of experience. This is my private practice, Natasha Riard Psychology, where I provide process-based therapy to children, adolescents, parents, and adults for a wide range of emotional, behavioural, and developmental concerns.
I have a strong clinical focus in:
- Early childhood development
- Child and adolescent mental health
- Parenting support
- Anxiety disorders, particularly selective mutism
- Autism spectrum
- Attachment insecurity and relationship issues
With children and teens, I take a family-centred approach that strengthens relationships and develops skills in both parents and children. With adults, I offer collaborative, insight-oriented therapy that explores the root causes of distress and guides meaningful change.
My therapeutic approach is grounded in a relational and attachment-based framework and I integrate evidence-informed psychological strategies including cognitive, emotional, and behavioural methods. I am registered with the Singapore Psychological Society and committed to lifelong learning through supervision, clinical training, and reflective practice.
My style is both compassionate and straightforward. I prioritise trust, connection, and emotional safety in therapy, and aim to make the process as clear, supportive, and effective as possible.
Whether you’re a parent seeking support for your child or an adult navigating your own challenges, I will work alongside you. Therapy begins with listening deeply and making sense of your experiences in order to create personalised, practical strategies that support growth and wellbeing.
